I am Matthew J. Asciutto, a Master Coach and Caregiving Expert specializing in autism support and total care. My work is shaped by years of hands-on experience serving individuals and families in demanding caregiving settings. My professional background includes long-term care, home health, dementia care, acute and sub-acute care, direct support, autism services, total care, complex/high- acuity cases, healthcare leadership, and agency operations. I also previously owned and operated a skilled nursing firm and home health care agency in New Jersey, where I served as Healthcare Administrator. That experience gave me firsthand knowledge of the demanding process of building a care organization, including licensing, applications, regulatory requirements, approval waiting periods, staffing, operations, and maintaining a high standard of care. While I do not currently own or operate that agency, the experience continues to shape my understanding of what caregivers, families, and healthcare organizations need in order to provide sustainable, high-quality care. Caregiving asks a lot of you. My mission is to help caregivers serve with excellence without losing their purpose, peace, or themselves. Through Caregiving Mastery, I offer practical education, honest encouragement, and faith-centered support for the long road of service.
